  Can we help you

Why not recruit direct?

If you have a vacancy, why use us when there are (sadly) many, many candidates chasing every job? That is exactly why you should us.

Advertising direct opens a floodgate of applicants. Managing the sheer volume of calls and emails will distract you from your core business. Analysing CV’s takes time – do you have many spare hours at the moment?

Screening candidates, understanding their motivation to apply and short listing those suitable for interview takes longer.

Recruiting direct can cost more than we do.

The Bottom Line

In this recession, we will work with you to create a fee structure that reflects reality and works for you – and for us.

Of course there is no charge for our services until you employ one of our candidates.

For many years our clients have been happy clients because our unique FlexiFee™ system protects their cash flow – and reduces the risks of recruitment.

FlexiFee™ challenges the way the recruitment industry thinks and works.

FlexiFee™ matches the fee to the job – instead of fixed fee scales, we will negotiate with you a percentage fee rate that is appropriate to each and every vacancy.

FlexiFee™ is Risk Free – Most Consultancies charge you 100% of the fee due on the day the Candidate starts. If the candidate leaves during the guarantee period, you then have to seek a refund. So until the end of the refund period, there is an element of risk for you – what happens if the Consultancy goes out of business? Are you being invoiced before the fee is truly “earned?”

Instead of paying refunds we delay invoicing, leaving your money safe in your Bank until the fee is really due.

FlexiFees are Phased Fees – We will invoice you in stages. As each key date is reached, if the employee is still on your payroll, we send you an invoice.

We offer several FlexiFee solutions to meet your business needs. Some examples are shown below. Other variations can be provided upon request to match your business needs. Because payment by you is delayed and phased, your cash flow improves.

The catch: All we ask is that you contract to pay our invoices promptly.
Here are three examples of terms we have agreed with clients.

FlexiFee 60

These are our usual terms of business.

Day 1 The Candidate becomes the Employee No invoice is issued
Day 15 The Employee is still employed Invoice for £350
Day 30 The Employee is still employed Invoice for half of the fee
Day 60 The Employee is still employed Final invoice for half of the fee less £350

FlexiFee 90

Day 1  The Candidate becomes the Employee No invoice is issued
Day 15 The Employee is still employed Invoice for £500
Day 30 The Employee is still employed Invoice for a third of the fee
Day 60 The Employee is still employed Invoice for a third of the fee
Day 90 The Employee is still employed Invoice for a third of the fee less £500

FlexiFee 5 by 25

This unique scheme means that every organisation can spread the cost of recruitment.

Day 1 The Candidate becomes the Employee Invoice for 5% of the fee
Then every month for 24 months if still employed Invoice for 5% of the fee

So if the employee leaves, the invoices stop !

Notes (The Small Print – Please read!!)
In all examples, all days are counted including weekends and Bank Holidays. If the employee is on the payroll of the client on the day indicated, payment of that phase is due, regardless of any subsequent departure. All invoices are due for payment within fourteen days of issue after which interest will charged daily at £10 per day and will generate a new invoice daily.

Please note that a FlexiFee is very good for your cash flow, but very expensive if you pay invoices late!

All figures exclude V.A.T. See the Terms of Business included in each Candidate Summary presented.
